QCS-11 INSPECTING
The Smart AI Quality Control Sensor inspects components in motion, comparing every part against a learned reference and rejecting deviations before they travel further down the line. Inference runs on the device, so throughput does not depend on a network link.
Surface finish, dimensional tolerance, weld integrity, assembly completeness and print legibility are all assessed in a single pass. Operators review borderline cases, and each decision feeds back into the model.
Yield, drift and defect classification are reported continuously, turning quality control from a sampling exercise into a live process signal.
